Founder of Aijentra · Based in Shenzhen

We help companies put AI to work in real operations.

I'm Developer Cat (开发者猫叔), a former ByteDance and Huawei engineer. Our team at Aijentra does forward deployed engineering and AI implementation: our engineers join your team, build AI on your real data and systems, ship it to production, and leave the know-how with you.

How we work

Three ways to work with us

Each one spells out what we deliver, how long it takes, what success looks like, and what you keep when we leave.

01

Corporate AI training

For teams that want to start using AI and find the right use cases

Deliverable
Separate tracks for leadership, business leads and engineers, with exercises on your own workflows
Timeline
1–4 days, can be split into cohorts
Success
Every group ships one AI workflow they actually use
You keep
A prioritized list of use cases and a clear next step

02

AI implementation

For a clear use case, or a demo that never made it past the demo

Deliverable
A prototype on your real data, then permissions, audit logs, monitoring and staged rollout, integrated with your IM, CRM and databases
Timeline
4–8 weeks to production
Success
It's live, people use it every day, and the metrics show a before and after
You keep
The running system, an evaluation report and runbooks

03

Forward deployed engineers

For companies with several AI initiatives and no in-house AI engineers

Deliverable
AI engineers embedded in your team, sitting with the business, owning everything from finding the use case to shipping it
Timeline
Start with a 1-month pilot, then monthly or per project
Success
Weekly metrics after launch until it's part of daily work
You keep
A team that can maintain and extend the system on its own

We also do private LLM deployment, industry agents, end-to-end AI transformation and AI search optimization (GEO). See the full list at aijentra.com.

About

About Developer Cat

I spent years as a hands-on engineer at Huawei and ByteDance. After leaving big tech I founded Aijentra in Shenzhen to help companies take AI from demo to production.

Our approach is simple: find the one step in your business most worth automating, prove it works on your real data, turn it into a system that runs reliably, and teach your team along the way.

"开发者猫叔" (Developer Cat) is my name on Bilibili, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, YouTube and WeChat, where I share first-hand lessons on putting AI to work. Off the clock I ride motorcycles, hike and travel.

We're based in Shenzhen. You're welcome to visit, or we can come to you.

FAQ

Before we work together

Who is the contracting party?

Contracts are signed with Aijentra (艾景特科技). We can sign contracts, issue invoices and sign NDAs. Website: aijentra.com.

What is a forward deployed engineer, and how is it different from outsourcing?

Forward deployed engineering is how OpenAI and Palantir serve large customers. Outsourcing delivers features from a spec. A forward deployed engineer works out the requirements with the business, is accountable for real usage after launch, and trains your team.

Can we work together if we're not in Shenzhen?

Yes. We can be on site in Shenzhen and nearby. For other locations we usually come on site at key milestones and work remotely in between.

How do you keep our data safe?

We sign an NDA and work inside your network. If needed we deploy privately, so models, knowledge bases and agents all run on your own servers.

What should I prepare for the first call?

Your industry, the problem you want to solve and how you handle it today. The first consultation is free, and we'll tell you whether it can be done, how, and roughly how long it takes.

Tell us about your use case

Email us your industry and the problem you want to solve. We reply within 3 business days.
